  THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS. Their website lies to you, then when you call them they lie on the phone. Site says most items ship in 24 hours. Well, I was in a bad spot for some workstations so I ordered from them, paid for overnight shipping. 3 days later I'm told they haven't shipped. and that it usually takes a "couple of days to get the units ready to go out." I was told that they should ship that day. Was also told I'd receive an email with shipping info when they went out. Fourth day, still waiting. No email, no computers so far. At this point I'm wondering what I'll actually get someday when they do arrive.

  Bought a desktop computer to start selling stuff on eBay, it arrived in a timely manner, so far so good. Close to the warranty end date it started to act up, the Omar dude and I were emailing back & forth him instructing me what to do. Nothing worked, I ended up keeping the computer until I could no longer return it because I was foolish enough to think the problem was fixable.It only got worse from there & I was left to go look for another compute(elsewhere of course). Even though refurbished electronics are not as good as new I believe these people are a total rip off & should be put out of business!!!

  Do not buy from here, ordered a desktop for my son's birthday. His first desktop. The night before I put it together to surprise him in the morning. It won't power up it's broken. Now I find out I have to pay shipping and a re stock fee. How could you call something refurbished if it doesn't work.
