  If your store closes at 11:30 and a customer walks in at 10:57, no attitude is needed at all!!! The front cashier named DON said to the security guard it’s 11pm and she just coming in. The attitude is certainly not needed. No greeting at all. If you don’t like the retail hours change your job! He needs a retraining in customer service! Needless to say I left the store with nothing and will be taking my money to a different ROSS location!
