  This company sells defected TV's and after speaking with them expressing your discomfort athey will get irate, belligerent, and down right direspectful. I called to find out a way to appropriately retictify the situation however the owner as well as an employee proceeded to raise their voices, speak over me, tell me there was nothing they could do followed by hanging up the phone on me. This particular company seriously needs a teaching moment in regards to coustomer service and customer complaints. Even if I as the customer were incorrect in my discomfort there is never a reason as to why any representing of the company should hang up the phone or get irritate . I merely wanted the second defected tv to be exchanged for another and not a refurbished one as the one I received.
