I called back and the customer service rep discussed options they had available as alternatives. I wound up getting a better product to suit my needs at a better price too. Additionally, although it was not discussed on the phone they expedited shipping so I would received my lens when I had originally expected it, and I actually got it early. I felt that KEH really looked out for its customers interests!!
