  I did not receive the experience everyone on here clearly received. I dropped my laptop off last Wednesday, the owner, I'm assuming, took a sheet of paper that had someone else's information on it and scratched it out to put mine on there. 2 days go by and I don't hear anything and no one EVER answers the phone so I drove up there just to see a sign on the door that said "Closed due to illness." So you only have 1 tech?? Today when I paid another visit, the laptop still had not been done but Mark claimed that a "tech looked at it but has not figured anything out yet." Hmmm if you have extra techs why did you have to close for a WHOLE day because of illness? So I get the laptop back and the rep tells me "I should charge you a diagnostic fee but I'm not" Excuse me, but wth did you diagnose??? Long story short, I took my MacBook RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET to iRepair and they diagnosed and fixed my computer in an hour (the only issue was that the cord to the hard drive needed replacing). I hate to be the first bad review, but this experience was HORRENDUS!! I would never EVER come here again. Go to iRepair, they are cheaper and MUCH quicker!

  The owner (Mark) was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and never tried to rip me off or mislead me. I got some repairs done on my iPhone, and he even had the tech come out to show me exactly what was wrong and what I was paying for. I will definitely go back for any future repairs or purchases!
