  Ordered a bed and chair in November 2017. The chair was ready for pickup a week later. The bed was promised this week. Now I receive email stating that bed will not be ready for pickup until March. 4 months is a long time to wait. Their website still states that the bed can be picked up in February. They need to get their act together. I would suggest going elsewhere. Especially if something isnt in stock. Who knows if you'll ever get it.?

  I bought a bedroom set March 2016. Everything was fine until a year later. This bed is located in our guest room and is hardly used. A year later the entire base board that the mattress sits on broke and fell to the ground. They sent a technician out Spring this year to fix it. Now 6 months later we’re having similar issues and now the bed creeks. Spoke to manager and he says since it’s past 1 year and I since I didn’t purchase an extended warranty they would not send out a technician. I said to him no one expects to have such issues for a bedroom set that’s hardly used. He responded that this is the first time they are having complaints about that bed. I bought 2 bedroom sets from this company last year and spent over $5000 with them. They will never get any additional business from me because they sold me a faulty product and didn’t resolve my issue
